Hi there,
I'm taking the liberty of replying because, as I've said in several of my messages, I'm used to having moles done... You can find the answers to your questions by looking at the other questions and answers, but it's actually permanent make-up, which means that pigment is injected into the skin with a needle, but it's more superficial than a tattoo...
