If we don't like our beauty mark anymore, can we have them removed?

Hello Camelia,
I don't know if you are talking about real moles or fake ones?
For the real ones I know that it's a small surgery at the dermatologist.
For the fake ones, I just asked this morning, as I want to do some, I have to have a tattoo removal,
