The pain is quite bearable, but when I asked the practitioner about it before the treatment, she told me that the pain is different for each person....
As for the swelling, as you can see from the photo, it's barely noticeable, but it also depends on each person's sensitivity.

Hi girls, I'm also a smoker and 2 weeks ago I had a dark lips session. As I was afraid that my lips would swell, I took an appointment on a Friday. I was a little swollen. The professional put a little ice pack on me, which was a great relief. The next day, the swelling had gone down, and by Sunday it was gone! So I went back to work on Monday morning;)
