Hello,
I wonder what this technique is. I'm very curious to know how to make a dense effect on the scalp with makeup! Thanks for enlightening me for those who know...

So in fact it is a technique we can say of tattooing but there it is semi permanent which allows to camouflage an alopecia or a scar by inserting pigment on the scalp. This will give an illusion effect by simulating the presence of a hair follicle ....
